Q: Do you come to me?

A: Yes — we are fully mobile. We come directly to your home or location for your convenience.

Q: Do you charge a travel fee?

A: Travel fees may apply depending on how far we need to travel. We’ll always let you know upfront before confirming your appointment.

Q: What do I need to provide?

A: We just need access to water and electricity. If that’s not available, let us know and we can discuss options.

Q: How long does a detail take?

A:
• Express Services: 1–2 hours
• Tier 1: 2–3 hours
• Tier 2: 3–5+ hours
Time varies depending on vehicle size and condition.

Q: What is your policy on personal items in the vehicle?

A: We ask that all personal belongings be removed from the vehicle prior to your appointment. While we take care during the detailing process, we are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle. Any items found will be placed in a bag or left neatly in the trunk or a designated area.

Q: What happens if the weather is bad on my appointment day?

A: Because we are a mobile service, weather can impact our ability to safely and properly complete a detail. In the event of rain, extreme temperatures, or severe weather, we may need to reschedule your appointment. We will always communicate with you in advance and work to find the next available time that fits your schedule.
